Ben Bichotte

Community Health Worker

Ben is a Community Health Worker (CHW) with the Ubuntu team, specializing in case management. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and currently pursuing a Master’s degree. Ben brings both analytical skills and hands-on experience supporting the Haitian and immigrant communities. Previously, he managed care for over 300 patients across four shelters, coordinating services and ensuring each individual received comprehensive, culturally informed support.

He is particularly passionate about initiatives that integrate health education, community engagement, and evidence-based care. Driven by equity, integrity, and collaboration, X leverages strategic problem-solving and compassionate advocacy to empower underserved communities and build impactful partnerships.

Ben speaks Haitian Creole, French and English.
