Primary Care

We provide comprehensive primary care services to individuals of all ages, from newborns to the elderly. These services include preventive care–such as routine check-ups, vaccinations, and health education–as well as chronic disease management, prenatal care, and acute care for sudden illnesses or injuries. Our Family Medicine Team works hand in hand with our Community Health Workers to serve as the “medical home” for our patients, coordinating care with other specialists or medical providers whom they may need to visit.

Latent Tuberculosis Management

Latent (inactive) tuberculosis infection is a common problem for people from many parts of the world. For people with latent (inactive) tuberculosis, it is essential to complete treatment to prevent future tuberculosis disease. Worcester RISE for Health, therefore, has a robust screening and treatment program for tuberculosis, which we offer to all of our patients as well as to community members regardless of insurance status.

  • Insurance should not be a barrier to receiving the recommended cancer screenings.

Worcester RISE for Health is pleased to partner with the Department of Public Health (DPH) to offer free breast and cervical cancer screenings for individuals who need them, regardless of their insurance status.

If you are curious whether you need this screening, please see: Cancer and Women | Cancer | CDC
