Kacey is a passionate member of RISE team, where she serves as front desk staff, health insurance navigator, and civil surgeon staff. In her role, Kacey supports the clinical workflow and helps clients navigate complex insurance systems, ensuring they feel supported every step of the way. In her civil surgeon role, she supports patients through the immigration medical exam process, helping them feel comfortable and informed while meeting all necessary requirements. Kacey values the chance to make a real difference every day—whether by answering questions, easing concerns, or simply offering a friendly face. Building strong connections with patients and colleagues is what inspires her most, and she strives to create an environment where everyone feels respected and cared for.
